Lizzie Florez was trapped alone with 30 men on a ranch miles away from town!

She had traveled a long and weary trip from the east and landed in Prairie Water, Texas, where she was practically destitute. Lizzie had a deep and dark secret burdening her that seemed utterly hopeless, and she didn’t know what her next step would be. However, she found an unbelievable acquaintance who rescued and changed her life in a tall man named Jack Duncan, owner of the Duncan D Ranch.

Once Lizzie learned to adapt at the ranch, she met Matthew Jared, co-owner. His growing affection and concern for the young girl determined him to keep her safe from harm. He longed to unearth her troubled secret that lay heavy on her heart, which grew a barrier to the love he craved to share with her.

Could this secret affect not only their burgeoning attraction but also the safety of many others?
